Programs Overview
Each program is based on the essential skills and way of being that Liberatory Coaches embody. The more time that you spend with us, the deeper we go. Each program has an application process so that we can ensure a balance of identities - race, gender, movement sector, experience, etc. Currently, our 9-month Liberatory Coaching Certification Program is only open to BIPOC social justice leaders.

Coaching for Healing and Non-Violence in Prisons
Coaching skills are widely taught to corporate and nonprofit leaders, but the coach approach has rarely, if ever, been taught to people incarcerated in prisons and jails.
The core purpose of Coaching for Healing and Non-Violence is to bring Liberatory Coaching skills to cohorts of siblings that are peer educators, teachers, facilitators and mentors inside California State Prisons.
While this work is on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will resume the program as soon as we can. We also anticipate expanding this program to a California women's prison.
